Overview
Nicola graduated in Law from Sheffield University in 1995 and was called to the Bar in 1998. She began her practice at Victoria Chambers in Birmingham before joining St. Mary’s Chambers in July 2003 to specialise in family law.
Practice Areas
Nicola’s work is focussed on cases involving children. She is experienced in complex public law children cases, often involving serious allegations of both physical and sexual abuse.
Nicola is instructed in complex private law cases representing parents and other parties. Nicola can also be instructed directly by lay clients on a Direct Access basis.
