Gareth Jacques qualifies as an Arbitrator

All at Chambers are delighted to announce that Gareth Jacques has qualified as an IFLA Arbitrator under the Financial Scheme as we further strengthen our Alternative Dispute Resolution Service.

Gareth can be instructed to arbitrate in financial remedy matters, TOLATA and Schedule 1 of the Children Act claims.

Arbitration is a viable, cost-effective alternative to court proceedings and is entered into voluntarily by both parties who will agree in advance that the decision made by the arbitrator is binding upon them.

Our service is flexible and can take place remotely or in person and at dates and times convenient to both parties.
