Privacy Policy
Updated 13.09.2024
We need to gather and use personal and sensitive information about individuals. This includes data from clients, suppliers, Chambers contacts, employees, pupils, barristers and other people we have a relationship with or may need to contact.
There is a risk involved whenever data is collected, stored and used and we have put in place a comprehensive set of procedures and policies in order to manage those risks.
All our people are provided with regular training about privacy issues. We operate an internal self-reporting system in order to manage any potential breaches or problems that arise. We conduct a yearly audit of our policies to ensure they are up to date, relevant and provide the right level of security.
If you need further information please contact our Data Protection Officer: tim@stmarysfamily.co.uk.
